@vic.foras Back then it is compatible to go from NC 2 to NC 3, but not backward compatible. Don't know about now though since the other NC has been updated for the latest patch, but this one isn't.

curious, Do you think in the up coming future you might include crossing remover without the need of the Hide TMPE crosswalks remover dependency? Perhaps even being able to run your mod as it's own independent unit! with only the need of harmony??? Not that it maters so much! I happen to be looking at the coding, it seems to me you could do it! It's not a request or anything, Jest an idea! My coding experience is perhaps to outdated for today computer science and skill! I more or-less prefer being on the play light modding side of things! Am not as sharp as I once was! hahaha

For some reason, a node I have sloped won't go sloped anymore, even when I click the "make sloped" button. Is there something about the connecting segments that would prevent sloping from working as expected?

However, “Bend” node type is without any transition between two kinds of roads, which means they tightly attract each other and I can't draw some markings to make them smoothly transit

I found that I can't edit nodes very freely. For example, I have to choose “Bend” node type, or the arrow markings won't be removed (4-lane road and 6-lane road connect at that node).

fixed the regression about sharp corners. glad it became popular so fast!

also new feature: stretching segment stretches lane widths too. this means on stretched road:
1- buses and cars pull all the way to the side when the stop/park
2- walk-able pedestrian area stretches.

Ive had a few issues with NC2 recently (since last update). sharpen corners as many others already have said but also tram tracks are really weird. Tram tracks only seem to connect on connections between the same type of road and tram tracks on segments get raised up to almost side walk level. So far ive only tested to disable NC2 and tram tracks go back to normal connection.

To clarify, on load everything is still busted but some things like fences I can correct whereas nothing else can be corrected without manual intervention.

When investigating further I have figured out that some things like fences work just fine for me, and for everything else, the sharpen corner sharpens the inside (small) corner and does nothing to the outside corner. So I guess it's half working...

hey, i just opened my game and shapern corners option doesnt work and all the nodes that had already been sharpened changed to their previous form even tho the option is selected on them? what might be the cause of that?

I've also uploaded new screenshots showing more interactions to my profile and made them public if you don't want to use third-party sites. Only tracks connected to those LRT roads are not being affected by dir changes.

The trams are following the tracks as they are rendered. Not in a way you would expect them with those big numbers of dir length. And I checked, yes I am changing dir length. And out of all the other dir parameters only dir backwards and dir length are not followed. And I can't stress this enough, but ONLY tracks in LRT pack are not following.

Only the tracks don't.
All the other parameters are working properly. So of I change position, the tracks follow. If I make road wider, tracks follow and become wider. If i increase offset, tracks follow. But if I change any of the "dir" parametrs the road itself follows those changes, but not tracks, those only follow "pos" parameters. As I've said already those links with screenshots are the only thing I can show RN. If there are any report files by any mod you want to see, list them, I'll be testing the game tomorrow and will bring you the most recent ones.

I'll try testing those things out tomorrow. Because I did not use extreme values to really see tram pathfinding Behaviour. Whether it is angle or length I don't remember. Just the general one I'd say. The one that is assigned to each corner of the road. "dir backward" is the one I am changing usually, so probably dir length. On the screenshot I've attached to my previous comment you can see both how LRT tracks are behaving, and on the second one how they should behave.
I've also done testing on other types of nodes. The only thing that is not adhering to "dir" is tracks. The curb shifts, gravel texture underneath shifts.

I have a problem Clus' LRT networks. For some reason tracks in his networks(Vanilla works fine) don't follow node controller(not renewal) rules. It doesn't follow dir parameter to be exact. All vanilla and other workshop assets follow those rules. Except for Tracks in LRT collection. Before 1.15.1-f4 everything worked fine.

@andrewhoffmann - if I remember correctly, going from this mod to NCR 3.3.2 is backwards compatible, meaning your nodes made in this one will convert to that one, but going from NCR 3.3.2 to this one does not save your nodes made under that mod.

Hi, Thanks for this amazing mod. However I have an issue as I switched from Node Controller Renewal 3.3.2 to this one and all my nodes are back to the original setting. Is there a way to use this mod and keep the settings from my previous save?

At the end the problem was easy as could be and was fixed very fast.
I removed this file from library and of course the game didn't work.
Next I canceled my decision and the file was returned to library.
And it was enough - the game has been working very well xD

I have had a particular problem for several days.
All parameters (like sharpening the bends, bends at the crossroads) are gone.
And at the beginning of the game there is information that this mod has some problems in the library.

Its gone all weird on me.. the centre of the node goes in the opposite direction of the slope.

He just did an update today about 6 hours ago. Sometimes that needs a a re-sub.

Oh and R2 does work with NCR. The only issue is the switch over as the this and NCR don't read the data the same so it will break any settings you made. But once switched over and fixed up, your good.
