Adding the fallback line to the Graphical_culture file fixed the error boxes for me.
Idk if it'd work nsc but it works for standard.
Adding " fallback = reptilian_01 " To the file worked for me. (though idk if another shipset works better than reptilian as the fallback.)

The file is called " machine_01_graphical_culture " which is easy enough to search for.
I have a walnut for a brain though so I do not know if my "fix" is right or could cause unforseen complications.

Could try adding the line or could wait for the actual smart person to fix it themself properly (the author). I'd caution for the latter cause as said, idk if my method is right or may cause issues my simple brain can't consider. XD. Still offered this if anyone is impatient like me. :bleach:

@Gahr as far as I am aware, NSC3 was very broken as of two days ago, unless they've fixed all the issues they were having I'd suspect the problems lie with them rather than this mod of the game.

I really liked the mod, especially the designs that remind me of Halo's UNCS! But it seems that it's not working with NSC3, the new class ships appear without texture. Do you plan on updating to NSC3 or is the problem just with me?

@Zook reports are that they made changes to shipsets (probably to accommodate the new bio-ships) that have broken all shipset mods.

The new update also appears to have somewhat broken the mod, at least the NSC3 compatibility. The middle Flagship sections render as Mammalian, and some of the larger ship classes as well.

For some reason this shipset is considered a biological shipset by the game in the newest update. I know, big update that changed everything and all, just found it funny that out of everything, THAT was the issue.

Hello there. I recently downloaded NSC3 mod and there was already a machine shipset. Im wondering is this mod is included in nsc3 now or it make sence to play with both?

there is literally no way to add it for achievements as shipsets need a definition in the /common/ folder which paradox disables achievements if you modify it in the slightest.

I know machine shipset isn't achievement compatible but why is that? Isn't a shipset just a cosmetic pack that adds no differing values to the ships? Do you actually have to code in the achievement specific mode?

@UnknownTrail Currently there are no custom models for Megastructures added from patch 3.4 onwards to patch 3.14, which includes the Quantum Catapult, Hyper Relays, Arc Furnace, Dyson Swarm, and I believe the Orbital Ring as well though I'm not 100% sure on that one.
