OMG, thank you!!!. I have been looking for a tree to use in my Santa Barbara-inspired city to match this local landmark: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moreton_Bay_Fig_Tree_(Santa_Barbara,_California) . But AFAIK, there has never been any fig trees in the workshop. Finally I have something that will work!
