I strongly doubt your character would have any effect on it, but it is possible you need to fly to a new system; mods affecting planet generation rarely have a retroactive effect.

@Somecraft Good question. I believe Lunar bodies become breathable if they're terraformed, so I would expect similar behavior from Barren planets. "Barren" is a type of surface biome, so I can't predict how microformers would interact with this mod.

If I convert the biome does it become breathable.

Honestly, this is a smart mod... Barren planets should have no oxygen due to the lack of things that create it.
