to clarify im only having the missing texture problem when i load a map that has combine soldiers already placed

i have the base addon installed and it does replace the models but they have a missing texture. spawning the combine commando normally by itself is fine though and there are no missing textures then

Transhuman would imply 'converted/modified human'. That doesn't mean that Combine soldiers are mentally ill. Do 40% of Combine soldiers commit suicide? I don't think so.

@Cultist_kun, Please please, can you help me? I really want to get these this guy, the grunt and suppressor into half life 2 and the two episodes as enemies to fight. I managed to extract the base addon AND this npc replacer, ans put them in my custom/mods folder in a materials and models folder, yet the hl2 game, episodes and lost coast keep "crashing" and jist exit themselves and smed me back to the desktop.

Did I do sometbing wrong? Can you please help me get these to work in the base game?

They do work, you probably have some sort of other mod replacing them, i've tested it myself
