I have it in my mod set -- haven't determined if it's working yet, but it's not causing any obvious problems.

@Mr.Fibble you can let them patrol for xp, it not much and you lose the 25% ship upkeep reduction, but its better then nothing

Mr. Flibble - Fox Leader Mod I believe adds passive experience to all leaders.
