If there is an error and a missing upper reviever, you may be missing TFA Insurgency shared parts or don't have it enabled. That was my issue.

The FN FAL is bugged, there is a big ERROR sign in place of the upper reciever.

that's the idea to counter the enormous damage and range, however it has very little horizontal recoil which makes its pattern easy to predict and control, I can decrease the vertical recoil a little more but also increasing the horizontal if it causes much discomfort
