Hello Rayanth, thank you for your comment and the work around guide. That is very great little fix. thank you very much. will add the Blueprint to the Projector. can i link your work around link to the discription of the BLueprint with credit to you of course :)
Rayanth 14 iun. 2020 la 18:16
also, DerMakrat, just wanted to point out that the self-repair projector on this guy does not come with the blueprint preloaded and aligned, like some of your other workshop vessels.

Well, I did my best but I couldn't keep it to 1000, so I decided to just make an Imgur post and use more words there. Basically, you need to be careful about the order you place things around the suspension. anything forward/behind it where the wheel might hit when steering will prevent you from re-adding the wheel. The album has more details, using the aft right wheel as an example. apply the same principles to the other wheels.

I'm having the armor/wheel issue as well - even if you add the wheel first you can't add all the armor blocks. I think I have a workaround for MOST of them, though, and will post it here once I can figure out how to explain it all in just 1000 characters.

Great rover! We also had issues with the wheels and side armor blocks (both Griffin and Gaius, will post on that one as well). We solved it by simply extending each wheel out by 1 block. Additionally we needed to move the rear wheels back by a block. These two changes allowed it to be welded without any issues and even helped the overall stability.

Thank you for this, this will greatly help me in my solo play. :)

Hello Teddy Custtler, thank you for your comment. Glad you like it. If you need more down force use the racing mode. you can Climb 85° with that :)
Rhychdir 20 apr. 2020 la 20:30
Génial ! Absolument génial en tout terrain

The Triton world is absolutely terrible. I hate it there. : D Maybe that's why I play it there.
DerMakrat  [autor] 10 apr. 2020 la 1:17
Hope you like it on Triton :) maybe set a speedlimit on the wheels 360 kmh ar a bit to much for that mission
G.A. 10 apr. 2020 la 0:19
This machine, I'll test into the new frozen planet vanilla mission. I just regret that scripts can't be used there.

Hello GeekityGeek thank you for your comment. i try to fix it in Future versions.
GeekityGeek 2 apr. 2020 la 9:00
Had the same issue as others, can either weld the armour or the wheels but not both. Shame, because its a great blueprint. Gonna run it without the last few blocks for now
DerMakrat  [autor] 7 mart. 2020 la 14:54
Hello Crazyloop_NY pls excuse the massiv tipo. Dam Autocorrection. you have to add the wheel befor adding the last layer of amor thats correct.
Crazyloop_NY 7 mart. 2020 la 14:16
I am having the same problem as zrbyte115 I connected to the blueprint high up near the cockpit. During the build got an error massage saying the wheels could not be constructed. Then on the other side my build and repair system constructed the wheels first, so on that side the armor is incomplete.
DerMakrat  [autor] 1 mart. 2020 la 6:57
Hello zrbyte115 thank you dir your comment. I Font Play Wirth Mods. The Construction ist Wirth Dome issued. But you should be able to built the wheels First and then add the layer of Armor. I will Test IT again soon and Peace a comment Here. Thanks Form the information

Hi, love this rover and its siblings the groundhog and the Griffin but they all seem to suffer the same issue with their wheels. I figured out that doing the wheels first solves the issue for fitting the wheels themselves but if I do this I'm left with a layer of armour I can't weld instead just above the wheel level. This happens even if I raise the suspension to maximum. It doesn't hurt the functionality but it does bother me a little not being able to finish the build.
Are you playing with any mods?

Hello Assassin, thank you for your questin and Comment. Every DMI creation is built under survival conditions bevor it gets Published. I want to make sure the are Buildabel and not too complicated during construction. About the wheels. To add them you need to remove the outer layer of amor blocks sourounding the axes. Then you can add the wheel. Alternativly start the construction from bottoem to top and built the wheel supebsion as eraly as posible. Hope that helps you have fun with it :)
Kaden 6 febr. 2020 la 18:02
Did you build this in creative mode, because the wheels won't build along with the axle?
DerMakrat  [autor] 6 febr. 2020 la 2:03
Hello Lt.Starbound thank you for your Comment. Im sure it won't it might try to run for president thou. PS: I was thinking of Cesar when giving it the name :)
Rhea.licious 5 febr. 2020 la 22:45

DerMakrat  [autor] 5 febr. 2020 la 9:11
Hello Murk Thank you for your comment. I hade to Smile while reading your comment glad the Gaius gives you such joy :)
Murk 5 febr. 2020 la 9:03
Thank you very much for this awesome Vehicle. Had the same problem with the Wheels but figured it out and now I can't stop smiling while im driving over the hills and cliffs :)
DerMakrat  [autor] 5 febr. 2020 la 2:38
Hello Beer Monster and notnewbutyork, thank you for your comments. About the wheels you need to add the wheel bevor you add the outer layer of armor blocks directly next to the Wheel supension. After that you can add the wheel. You might have to adjust the wheel height too. The default wheel heigth is -7
Beer Monster 5 febr. 2020 la 1:44
Just built this with projector and for some reason the wheels could not be placed. but overall very nice vehicle
notnewbutyork 4 febr. 2020 la 14:22
nice one, I like the colour scheme.
DerMakrat  [autor] 4 febr. 2020 la 13:45
Hello mid endian, thank you for the question. you are free to use it for your self or your friends as you like. If credit to me is given you can use it in a scenario/campain/server or a different Blueprint. Hope that awnsers your question. Have fun with it :)
mid endian 4 febr. 2020 la 13:31
nice, any plans to make it a respawn vehicle, or allow others to do so?
DerMakrat  [autor] 4 febr. 2020 la 12:37

Hello Foster, thank you for the feedback. I would love to take a look. Pls post it :)
Foster 3 febr. 2020 la 20:06
One of the best rovers I've ever used! Lots of capacity, compact and more especially stylish! I'll be using this in my exploration vessel.. care if I give you a sneak peak of the rover in the ships bay once it's ready for pics?
