Harris Teeter is a brand of Grocery stores prevalent around the Eastern Mid-Atlantic US. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harris_Teeter
The Juice Laundry was apparently some kind of smoothie bar in a commercial building on 4th St SE. I found a link to it on google maps, but the Naval Yard Location seems defunct.

@KingLeno Really those stores are connected to those buildings next to the Navy Yard? Well the Juice Laundry on another adjacent building. Literally the moment I saw this content and it's name, I instantly knew exactly where and what it was as that is not to far from where I live and I once worked at the Navy Yard, before I started to worked in Okinawa Japan. I've was trying to rent an apartment there and the dang rent was $2,400 all the way up to $7,700 a Month and if your making less than $40,000 you can legal get a room for $1,500 a month. Which is still too much considering that most jobs in the area have wages between 26K to 60K. Love the low cost of living tropical lifestyle and awesome food here.
