Im so sorry to hear that! If there is anything else/further that I can do, please let me know.
TwiliTetra 28 apr, 2015 @ 18:13
I managed to get the house back, but unfortunatley my items are all gone. It's not a big deal, I can get them most of them again. Thank you for the help!

Hi TwiliTetra,
Im sorry to hear that! My first advice would be to check that the mod is ticked in the mod options in the splash screen. Then check the load order. If none of that works, try loading a previous save and then overwrite the newer save mising the house. I hope that the drastic measure is not needed!

I love the house and have been using it for a couple months now and there's just one problem....
The entire thing just disapeared. With the majority of items inside. How do I get it back?

You need to physically discover the house before the marker will appear on your map. One of the pictures at the top illustrates its position.
TDawg262 17 dec, 2013 @ 16:50
why doesnt it appear on my map
Cap'n Krieg 27 sep, 2013 @ 9:22

@Minou: This should not require any DLC as it uses vanilla Dwemer features and textures. Enjoy!
Limoncelli 26 jun, 2013 @ 9:19
Does this require any DLC?

I have 30 followers. Where it to have a rest?

Great mod. Been using this forever.

Okay, I am very picky about my house mods. I don't like them too big, but I also don't like them too small and I like them stragically placed around Skyrim.

This mod is EXCELLENT ... not to big that makes it well - not practical. It is nicely placed with everything logically set inside and outside.

Nicely decorated through out.

Hi @wjhenry8182. Thank you for the feedback; Im glad you like it!
I did not add any placeholders to the display cases in the upstairs hall as I intended to use them to display other items such as books, jewelry or clothes. I have now added a stable and uploaded the update, however due to size restraints I was only able to add a single stable. I hope you and your horse are happy with it, and do let me know of any bugs!

I Love and have subscribed to Anvil hall, wanted to let you know that before I brought up something negative, the 2 weapons display cases in the upstairs hall will open and close the lid but will not accept any weapons to be stored. Also If I may make a suggestion, it would really complete Anvil Hall if you were to add a 2 horse stable building tall enough and wide enough to ride a horse in and dismount. Really hate the thought of my hard working horses standing out in the rain all nite, =)

Please take a moment to have a look at my new mod. Karth Lodge: a hunter/ranger style house near Dragon Bridge. It still needs some finishing touches but I think that it has turned out fairly well. Link: http://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=19974383

Hehe, no problem. I just had a peek at the updated version and I must say things are a lot better. The lighting you added to the weapon rack just outside the alchemy room is a good example of soft and subtle accent lighting. That's the kind of stuff you put around key objects - more modders need to do this! Nice. Also, I noticed a hole in the cieling to the right of the bookcases (when just walking into the cell). The plants and banners helped to reduce unwated space but it could still use a little more - since Anvil Hall is a Dwemer ruin, you could always try adding more pipes and vents to take up uneeded space while still looking pleasing.

Thank you Goden.ca for your feedback; Its much easier to improve the mod when I know what people are looking for. I have changed the lighting template and added extra lighting around the display areas so hopefully that will solve those issues. I have also added plants and banners around the place and it has, I think, made a big difference; good suggestions!

Very nice house, but it has a few issues I have with it. Firstly, it's quite dark inside. Not pitch-black dark, but dark enough that key items like mannaqeuins and hallways are left only to be lit by the ambient lighting. The cieling lamps don't put out enough light either. It just lacks that warm cozy "home" feeling due to this. Secondly, many of the areas are way too open and empty, such as the hall just as you enter the upstairs area. Some more light sources, banners, or even some potted plants would help a lot. Other than that, it looks good so far.

Thanks gen_zar, it's coming together - eventually :L

Thanks for the comments. @PaCully - I am very sorry to hear that; I hope you managed to recover them! I will have a look at the Navmesh to make sure that the entrances and exits are clear and obvious for NPC's, that would be my best guess as to what has gone wrong.
If you have any more problems please do let me know.
PaCully 29 mar, 2012 @ 15:43
Nice layout with plenty of room, but it ate my followers! They went in and never came out. Went back in to look for them and they were not there. Not sure what happened. Could be a conflict with the multi-follower mod I'm using, but this would be the only place it happens. Going to continue to monitor progress and see what happens.
martinjanni77 29 mar, 2012 @ 6:25
spouse option would be cool. great house!
Jaguar 27 mar, 2012 @ 20:42
nice house :D maybe next u can make an orc stronghold since u know how to decorate a house nicely and orcs dont seem to get much love :(
FuriousSimian  [skapare] 27 mar, 2012 @ 9:44
Thank you all, I'm glad you like the house. @AllieCat - Thank you very much for your feedback. The house has now got Navmesh so hopefully followers can enter and exit properly. Also, the smithing area is next on my list so ill make sure to add a chest or two! Regarding the mannequins; I'm hesitant to add too many together incase the house stops feeling 'homely' although there is definately room in the upstairs hall which could possibly be used.
Nick75 27 mar, 2012 @ 6:48
looks very nice, good work. Will try it out later.
AllieCat54 [gD] 27 mar, 2012 @ 2:54
Oh, having gone over it quite well now, I have only come across 2 things. One my NPC would not go into the house and two could you add storage at the outside forge area. I hate to lug a heavy load into the house and vice versa. What a great job, no lag, no crash going in out of doors, feels great. Just love it. Again Thanks.
AllieCat54 [gD] 27 mar, 2012 @ 2:06
What a great house. Thank you. The only request I guess it would be, if you could have at least 9 mannequins, I like to collect each hold and display them, it would be nice to have them all in one place. Thanks, keep up the good work. :)

Beautiful mod, good job!
