European Suburbia fills all levels and lot sizes for low density residential. The redecorated ones are missing 1x1 tile lots, but all the other sizes and levels are covered. :)

Does this DLC contain houses from level 1 to max or just some levels?
I found that many district styles in workshop contain just some levels and when the houses upgraded, those beautiful house are gone.
