Same error, missing a dependency

I'm getting an "error: Failed to load the mod's dll file, or one of its dependencies".

Really cool looking mod though. Would be great if its possible to fix

It's fixed, not blocking any of the MOD's I use. If you want it "movable". Code is on GIT.

Is possible to make none fixed version... for me your "Fixed but none disturbing" is not at all true.. its highly disturbing, Otherwise your mod is a fixed position away from perfection.. :D
