These are the best and have been for years. I think I've used the other pack since 2016.

I would love to but at the moment i been to busy to learn new tools because my old suite is outdated and no longer functions correctly. but i promise you i do miss my projects!

Some people don't like the idea of manual stuff. I had auto extractors in the past that they did'nt like because it was an exe file

@madkirk74 : Anyone is welcome to contribute their own extensions to these packs. I'd love to see people make their own buildings and stuff. I truly can't be the only creator here!

I live life on borrowed time these days (I'm at work 12 hours most days) so therefore I don't really have time to work on adding anything to these packs no more. it sux but it is what it is.

All these buildings are in fact upgraded versions of the old versions, which contains both a strip and a gay club. lol and "map" you mean Model pack. lol

There is a bug where if you superfreeze on ramps and highway roads you cant drive up or on them is there a fix to this?
