とりあえずアセットエディタで見てみるのが手っ取り早いです。
ワーカーを0に設定すると犯罪は発生しなくなるはず。ゴミの数値も0なのでそれで道路接続の必要はなくなるかと…

いつもアセットでお世話になっています。こちらのプラットフォーム、内蔵道路なしにどうやって「道路なし」アイコンが浮かばないのでしょうか？このアセットのようなものを作りたいと思っていますが、よろしければ教えていただけますでしょうか？
