Ran into a minor issue, it'll read the patch but won't load the effects. I'll see what I can do about it when I can. The newer updated patch is being worked on though.

After June 3rd FR got merged into FU, and stand-alone FR is now obsolete. So your mod needs an update and also changing dependences to FU, instead of FR.

@BoxOfPuppy Hi, it's me again. I'm really sorry but I don't think you really fixed the problem. Now the energy regen jumps to 2558% with these weapons. I just tested it. Usually it should jump to 83%.

@BoxOfPuppy So, the energy regen rate is 25% more with (for example) pistols. The normal regen rate is 58% and with the pistol it's 134%. That's not 25% more, that's about 2.3 times the regen rate. I don't think that's supposed to happen.
