The Translucer direction adds 1 job every 0 pop. now I have 800k empty translucer job

One of the directions adds researcher jobs which no longer exist causing a weird non job to spawn.

Governor directions, e.g. Researcher (+3% Reserch Speed) and Healthcare (+10 Growth), only seem to work if its the governor from the sector capital that has them chosen. Is that intended? IMHO it removes some of the roleplaying for the other governors

One of the Official skills is to add +1 Angler no matter the planet type. A great idea, except it adds it through a modifier with a 100 day cooldown. Doesn't this lag later on, when multiple planets are refreshing the modifier?

Really not a fan of the new sector governor idea. Not the best decision from paradox IMHO.
And it seriously nerfed this mod too (one of my favourites). Hope you can find a way to make the modifiers from the mod count for all sector planets again.

Any idea why §H[event_target:gle_leader.getName]§ doesn't work in the line
gle_window_desc: ? In all other parts of the code, everything is processed and output correctly, but this particular line simply colors the command and outputs it as text.

Hello! Love your work. One thing i found is with democracy, if the factor leader lost election and is used as a governor. It seems like he/she doesnt have access to this mod content :)

You have a lot of really great ideas but it feels you often struggle with polish. A lot of this is really cool in theory but in practice it's quite cumbersome to use and could use some streamlining.

0.1% of trade value increase per 10 energy in storage is ridiculously OP.
It's pretty easy to reach 100k energy even without mods. That is 1000% increase of trade output.

I have a governor with the Healhcare Aility (10% Pop Growth in sector) but the bonus doesn't seem to be applied. Checked the files and "gle_trait_direction_healthcare_modifier" doesn't seem to be being applied anywhere in fhe files, while other modifiers are applied in gle_events.txt.

PS: gle_trait_direction_truce Should probably be ..."if we recently lost a War", not ..."if we recently lose a War"

PPS: LOVE the mod! First time I tried the new update :-)

Loverly system, though i'd argue i've found somewhat of a balance issue. Atm, my governers that have the increased trade per trade in empire (last tier ability) are now increasing by 4000%.

Though a lot of this is very good it feels a little overcomplicated. Maybe you could try remove some elements. In professional circles they always strip things out to streamline mechanics.

I think some governor stuff is too strong with amenities, I notice a real lack of need to make amenities with this mod as just the governor is enough.

Hey, for a hive mind empire it looks like the admin capacity from Bureaucrat isn't giving any bonus since it only applies to Bureaucrat jobs and not Synapse drone jobs.
