Resistances are easy enough to apply. Ultraheavy body had resistances applied wrongg. This is now fixed. (thanks).
As for weapon damage: all mech weapons are tested on t6 targets so they don't go to absurd values but have a fair damage ratio for their intended power level. They seem fine on this end, and dont outdamage or underdamage similar tiers of FU weapons. They do, however, all seem to do Physical damage, which is often resisted by space enemies.
Man the content you come up with is out of this world! Get it?
I'm a huge fan of your work, thanks! : )
However, there -is- a need for a compatability patch (and we'll need to add to it to encompass the newly added parts included in SG).
Our mech system is not the standard mech system, which means we need to adapt each mech part to our mech system for it to work properly.
The remaster does not deal with this issue, as it isn't something they need to worry about.
The reason for asking this question is because the remastered version states, and I quote "This mod should be completely compatible with any other mod out there. (With exception of the original mod.) This includes Frackin Universe, which it is *fully compatible* with."
Now I don't know about you, but by "full compatibility" I understand that there is no need for a compatibility patch, which according to this mod's title, that is what this is. If this patch was made for the original version, it is very likely that the remastered version already dealt with the issue this patch is supposed to address and therefore claim "full compatibility".
But maybe I'm just misinterpreting the files. I only just started modding.
