I tweaked the base Storage Silo to give 5k storage and 1 Clerk job and it increases by that same amount for each level, so level 3 is 15k and 3 clerks.

So there are some of these mods i incorporate after begin, and all works, except buildings storage.. So stargate universe change alot of tech yes, but before i could use basic resource silo, since i have this mod, no (except on star base)
With Glavius' mod its probably some weird edge case type thing that shouldnt happen often but if youre getting it without it on then I messed up something. Its also possible that it happening at all was just a weird AI fluke, sometimes they just do random shit for no real reason.
