This mod hasn't been updated in a YEAR, and Stellaris has changed a lot in that time. Also, Planetary Diversity has gone through a lot of changes in the latest update as well. This mod will probably need some changes to be functional, as well.

Can confirm what HAM-JP is saying, with just:

Planetary Diversity
Plentiful Traditions 3.x
Plentiful Traditions 3.x - Extra Perks

and this mod, Stellaris crashes.

I checked all mods and found that using this mod causes a crash.
Other MODs are fine.
The following MODs are working properly.

Thank you @pesachyonah, I have this issue too and could not identify which mod was causing it. I have been using the finish_arc_stage command on dig sites that should work fine but it still feels cheap.

I don't know if it's the original Plentiful traditions, the extra perk mod, or the PD integration patch mod (this), but one of them is causing archeological digs to completely ignore scientist skill as of 3.5. A scientist could be level 10 but the skill is still treated as 0. This makes some digs impossible, literally.

Is the ascension perk "justice" part of this pack? looking through all my mods to find it. It isn't giving its correct bonus, I'm guessing all mods from whatever pack it is aren't working.

Patches should always go after the things you're trying to patch in your load order, otherwise the mods will overwrite the patch.

weird, the launcher says I have 2 Patch for Plentiful Perks and Pl-Di, and 1 keeps giving an error

One more minor thing I saw...
A few traits (don't remember which ones) have the 'modification = no" flag set in the PD file, but the patch doesn't have it, so it would need to be put back in.
Again, if you're using Irony, it's easy to add that line back in, just look for that flag toward the top and copy that line over.

'reef' trait has been added in PD.
Easy to add manually if you're using Irony, though. Just look for the reef trait when you get to 'common\traits' and copy that line in.
