Huh, that does sound like a rather peculiar bug, but I'm not really sure if my mod itself has anything to do with that, I didn't do anything to the code apart from swapping out names

for me when ever i have them "interact" with my characters their hair screws up and then fixes itself after

Any chance of making a stats mod to work with FU?

I mean why put two white fur color when their snout color almost identical? Why not change one of them become black, like no need patterns and such?

I'm not sure if different patterns would be possible with how the colors worked

It's shame that they don't have many fur color, kinda hoping it'll get updated where we can finally have gnoll with black furred snout & hands based on Striped hyenas

By racial stats, do you mean like setting up compatibiltiy with something like FU?

As for more eye colors, I'll probably need to retrace my steps a bit, been awhile since I poked at the colors

Lots of people asking for a BYOS patch while uncreative me just wants to crack skulls and eat raw chicken with them... the hyena community is split.

Well, I don't see why the lack of FU would be the issue, the default races work fine with BYOS without having FU

@Local Hyena Not really, I know that one of the main problems is it's not an FU supported race but there's already a mod that makes "modded" races BYOS supported if that helps? Someone already requested that gnolls be supported, but the mod author hasn't updated since May

I gave it a try after seeing your comment, and it seemed easy enough to do as it was just a few files and some name swapping, but it didn't seem to wanna work for me once I tried it out.

And if ya need to spawn them in via commands, their base species name is simply -> gnolls

If you play as a gnoll you can craft a penguin merchant that will sell you gnoll spawners. Otherwise I think you have to spawn them with commands.

How do I get gnolls onto my ship, specifically? Is there a way to spawn them in without commands?

Does not show stats for FU races, cause there's no patch for it. And there's no BYOS patch neither.
