I doubt it, even though I haven't tried bees reborn yet. It won't conflict as long as the honey and hives in that mod don't have the same names as qualityhoney and qualitybeehive. 1100Ross wouldn't make his and my mod conflict, and he even added compatibility with this mod and his StarBooze. :)
Since this is an addon, I'd want the original Aging Alien Alcohols mod author to be okay with it first. If he doesn't want to do a compatibility patch for FU for his mod, then I most likely won't for this addon either since I'd want it to stick with the theme of the main mod. It is a really cool idea though, even though I can't use FU personally (conflicts with mods I use).
That's fine by me, go ahead!
A few of them I remember, like Moonshine making you glow, Vodka giving you energy regeneration, Sake making you less affected by gravity, Chocolate Liquor giving you rage, etc. Others I don't remember the specifics of, but Mead, Oculemon Nectar, Bourbon, and Mead giving health based buffs, Avesmingo Cordial I think might give a jump boost, Rum giving you more energy, and Root Pop and Petal Nectar giving energy based boosts. I didn't list the boost it in the descriptions since I wanted it to be more of a surprise, make players drink them to see what each one specifically does. ;-)
I'm not exactly sure, I assume that it's double the original value. I haven't tinkered with the value myself since I used Patman's Defridgerator code for the Wine Cabinet, so it will have the same sped up timer that the Defridgerator has.
No problem. Hopefully you are able to find out what mod is causing the issue. Best course of action would probably be to make a new character for testing purposes, disable all mods (except for the Alien Alcohols mods) and re-enable mods one by one until the game produces the energyregen glitch again. Then you'll know what mod it is and contact the mod author to fix the botched energyregen patch.
Then my hypothesis may be correct that it's another mod you're using that's screwing up the energyregen buff.
All stages of vodka do indeed give the energyregen buff. However, the status effect functions just fine for me so I'm unable to replicate this error. My only guess is there's a mod you're using that's changing the way energyregen functions, and that it was a bad patch with errors. It would be unable to read the bad patch so it would crash the game.
One way to test this theory is to use a staff with energy zone as a secondary ability. Enter /admin and then /spawnitem rarestaff until you get one with energy zone as a second ability. Then use the zone on yourself and see what it does when it tries to give you energyregen. Both the vodkas and the staff are working for me.

No such unique stat effect 'energyregen'
Unfortunately, I don't know what the problem is, as I tested all stages of vodka with my characters and my game didn't crash. The JSON files for the vodkas also have no errors. It could possibly be a conflicting mod causing the crash, or an error in another mod that crashed the game and just happened to be at the same time you drank vodka. Try drinking all stages of vodka (regular, aged, fine, and vintage) with another character and see what happens. The description above tells you how to spawn them.
I don't think I have the honey set to expire, as I have not set a "itemAgingScripts" to reference the rot.lua nor does it have a "rottingMultiplier". It's similar to how I have the final stages of the alcohols set, where they never rot. The honey still says "should stay fresh for a while" which I don't yet know how to remove, but it's probably because unlike the alcohols, the honey doesn't have any aging states and stays in the same form and the alcohols, once they turn into the final form, the "rotting" messages get removed. The honey should stay at "should stay fresh for a while" forever I'm guessing, though I prefer to remove it. I just gotta figure out how. XD

Some of these are more involved than others as I know my Phoenix Protocol suggestion would basically be a shellguard level mod and I actually talked to silver on there server and she said she might end up doing the M.M. mod on the bottom
