I already replied this. Wink is 3 car configuration with pantograph on one control car and power car in the middle. FLIRT bi-modal variant is 4 car unit with separate power car and electric unit on passenger car. Asset in question is based on Valle d'Aosta and Slovenian railway orders, which are both FLIRT:
