why the f would i remove the sound?

for some reason when the flatline death sound isn't there when i die it says "this is not the end"

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. @Angry_Link From what I know, it's not possible to do so in the Source engine. Dieing via the "kill" and "explode" console commands does not show the redness.
