adding modifiers for the other skills would be amazing. still a great mod though.

@daltonscats, where did you check this? Opened pawn information screen. Pawn with 0 stat had 10% speed, pawn with 20 stat had 238% speed.

i have a pawn with 14 int, but research speed is only 100/105%

@Torkkar, you may check it yourself. Choose any pawn, click on "i". Scroll down and click on operation chance. You will see all parameters that influence on it. Yes, operation chance depends on medical skill and manipulation and sight of pawn.

Research speed depends on Intellectual stat in vanilla. IMO, no changes needed.

WONDERFUL mod! just the thing I was looking for... Actually it was some Starcraft guns, Armor, & stuff to go with the Zerg.

BUT this was good too but one question with higher skill does a medical Pawn fail less often? and is this compatable with the Misc Robots/+/++ line of mods?
