I'd love to see the willard the clover the elegant and and club the flash and emperor, solair,vincent,sunrise,nebula,perennial,previon,regina,too from GTA SA these cars are amazing id do it myself but i don't know how :'(

This is such an imazing collection and smart idea as GTA is a game that has so much variety of cars. So I gave everything a rate+ in here as i also subscribed to it. One thing thoug, You are aware you are missing a number of cars? Maybe you are still working on this collection but if you havn't noticed i will give you the carbrands.:steamfacepalm:

Wheels don't need to be flat to spin. But actually whole wheel should be a single element - all vertices welded.
Asset editor determines what part of the model is wheels by checking which element touches the ground. So if a wheel is divided into several elements like tire element and rim element - tire element which touches the ground will spin, while rim element, which doesn't touch the ground, won't spin. So you need to actually weld them both so they become one element. Keep in mind that model =/= element.

are the wheel rims not supposed to turn? I wish they did...I'm not a modder, but I'm going to guess the reason the wheel rims don't turn is because it is not possible for a complex 3d modeled wheel to be made, as the wheel can only be a flat polygon. It would be nice if you could remake these vehicles with spinning rims, though, but I understand if you can't.

Hope you can make some specialty vehicles. The utility truck can be road maintenance vehicle, the flatbed with stuff in the back can be ore industry vehicle, the walton with stuff in the back can me farming vehicle, the dft-30 can be made into a logging truck, etc.
