Can you please let me know if there are any options you'd recommend I try beyond what I've done already?
Edit: I checked and the only mods I'm running that aren't working are yours (Whiter Stars, No Names, and Softer Hyperlanes). I browsed the paradox mod database on a whim and actually found your mod uploaded by someone else for a 2.* version and it works just fine, go figure. I looked through your mod descriptor files and they seem to be formatted incorrectly, I don't really know though. They look like they're trying to direct Stellaris to search an "F" partition that I don't have. Further, no ugc_xxxxxxxxx file is created in the Stellaris Documents folder upon installing any of your mods. Hopefully this information helps your figure out what's going wrong.
Also, there's no need to post the same comment in two places.
Again, I mostly did it for myself, I just look at the flags in the pop-ups.
