This is the best map I've ever seen

Hi! I know I'm quite late to download this map, but I was wondering how to fix missing assets? Is this map now out of date or is there another mod that I need to download...

dose it require mass transit?

@accassius89 I think it might be me then, because I have Tree Anarchy with the tree limit turned up but whenever I try to load into the map I get an error message, and the terrain is gone beside the edges of the map and I am unable to build or do pretty much everything. I did make sure that I was using the correct theme and I had all of the assets downloaded besides the mods.

@burns3222 This map still works fine. The only thing you HAVE to download is the Bay Bridge, which still works. Because the map has so many trees they listed the Unlimited Trees mod, which is outdated, but succeeded by Tree Anarchy. Relight and the Map theme are only for the lighting settings and you don't have to download those for the map to work.

Are there any plans of updating this map? I love using it but the mods that are needed for the map top work are no longer compatible with the game.

Map doesn't load anymore

You guys notice the car slightly floating at some part of the highway in the starting square?

I think I figured it out....is it the Hydro Dam by any chance? xD

is there a way to disable the dam (until I can use it)?

Trying to build on your map, and I'm not 100% certain but there seems to be a wierd bug?

The power production at the start of the game seems to be starting at 256MW instead of 0 - so when I compare power usage:production its significantly off.

I am using mods but I disabled all my mods (not the assets) and the issue still persisted.

I ran the mod pack with a vanilla map and did not have this issue. I'm not sure whats causing it.

Do we need the DLC to use this? or can i just put my own roads

Very beautiful map and I love the decorations and road/rails layout, but building area is so flat, and there is no natural landscape to separate parts of city when building. Im getting frustrated, why is almost all great looking maps I'm testing, with great roads and great decorations so flat in the building area?

Since 2015 I have played dozens of maps. None has impressed me like this one. You have made a map which surpasses the best. Beautiful choices of theme and LUT. Well done.

It looks like piles of debris/ashes/destroyed building from vanilla game. I could not select it with move it and delete it.

the author ecania removed all of his work from the steam workshop, also the theme this map used. Sadly i can't do anything about it.

Hey has the map theme Aiguille Verte been removed?

Has anyone ever had an issue where they couldn't save their game on this map? I built a city up over 2 hours, then saved it. Next day came back and worked another hour (pop around 6k at this point). Tried to save my game, but it froze and i had to force quit CS. I loaded it back up, redid my work and tried to save again. Same issue, froze completely AND now the map completely disappeared from my save game files, it's totally gone now. I have access to all of my other saved games, but this one is gone. I was really loving this map until this happened, not sure if it's map specific or ?

@ragnar35 Don't click the "Continue Game" button, you need to click on "Load Game", then make sure the correct map theme is selected, then load the game from within the Load Game menu.

Yes, i figured out i need to check that. But do i need to check it everytime when loading my game?

@ragnar35 : double check if the correct theme is selected on save load, the game tend to mess things up. also theme mixer may messes up the textures

When i load a saved game on this map, the snow textures become desert textures. All white areas become yellow. I only see the white textures on starting a new game with this map.

@The Real Mudge: You can use this map without the DLC, but you have to replopp the missing DLC road networks for yourself. otherwise the map is fully playable.

@emilcarle: thx mate. I dont think i rework the map because of the DLC, you can always paint more ressources by yourself ingame if you need to.

Great map! :) @Sidai will the map be updated for Cities Skylines: Industries with a rework of the natural resources? Potentially more oil and ore fields?

楼主会中文？哈哈 。。。。嗯我知道那个是高速，另外，还有个问题是这个地图好像跟net work ext 1和2 冲突，使用道路时不能规划房子。而且进入游戏时会卡住，不晓得时啥意思。。。那个进度圈圈就一直卡在哪里转啊转，无语中。。。。。。。。。。。。。不过你的地图风格很好，很喜欢。。。。。。。

Love this map, great vistas, interesting terrain, and having the mountains always in the background make this a builders paradise 11/10 would subscribe again

@bitsaul: Glad it worked for you! for the still missing assets, maybe it has nothing to do with the map, but its from other assets you have subscribed. to be sure you can activate the debug log in the loadings screen mod and check them in the generated log file.

also sometimes steam is messing up the subscribing and in game activation.
