@Fernando Harmony on Mac needs Rimworld to specifically be opened with Rosetta instead of running in ARM native mode. This is new in 1.6 as they swapped to a new Unity version that supports ARM while Harmony isn't there yet.

What a bummer I can't setup the custom speed, the 4th choice, to also ignore the event slowdown. But is a great mod nonetheless.

If it's a MacOS problem, you should report it to Ludeon, that's what the beta is for!

I can't test on a Mac, as I don't have one, and would rather impale myself in a rusty fork than buying one hahaha

@Sarg Simple Sidearms also doesn’t work, and it depends on Harmony too, so I guess the problem is with Harmony.

@Sarg I uninstalled it and tried the latest version, but the same problem occurs. I also tried the No Pause Challenge mod, which is supposed to increase the speed, but it doesn’t work either. Even the icons aren't showing. I guess it must be something related to macOS incompatibilities.

@Fernando: Looks like an outdated or corrupted version of Harmony

Since we're already at it, complaining about lack of support for a version that hasn't even been released yet... this sadly doesn't work for 1.8 and is incompatible with the Autocracy DLC

You need to use HugsLog. It's here on the workshop.
You'll be able to generate an error log you can link for modders, then they'll be able to help you

And Sarg come on man, you have to explain what you want people to do xD I understand your frustration, but if this is Fernando's first mod there's no way for him to know how to report a bug.
In your shoes I'd go full tech support agent, just have a copy pastable explanation ready

tried on 1.6 beta, seems to work perfectly fine

this is super minor but the "speed up" hotkey doesn't allow you to move to speed 4. again, i dont really care, my TPS isn't going up either way, just thought you should know. thanks for your hard work

i can confirm that awnser using UHD 630 with i3 7100 (2-cores)

you can't see the diference in a late game with A LOT of stuff on screen but in a new game speed 4 works

This is not a performance mod. If your game can't run at speed 4, it won't do anything

Installed the mod. The 4 Arrow speed doesnt work, its the same speed as 3 arrows - even though in the mod options its at the default value (4x). Only run 30 mods with none affecting the time. Weird.

mods not updated for 1.5 can do funky things in 1.5, if you move this mod in your load order something else will happen if not right away on a load randomly, check your not updated mods and their discovered conflicts and recommended position in load orders

@Alu All I was saying was that Smart Speed was the cause of my personal problem.Just as something to consider with anyone else having my issue. As a reminder, anytime you decide to use mods, it sometimes takes a bit to get the right combination to get it to functionally work the way you want it to. Smart Speed on its own is a perfectly good mod.
