Great job as always ... congrats on the dlc shopping you've created! I guess you'll have to revamp or remake DD, and just call it Dunkin' now. lol

Great job, now you'll have to make another one (lol) that just says "Dunkin'" they are no longer really a donut shop anylonger, which is a shame, remember back in the 70's they had huge inventory of different type of donuts , but not they cater to drinks and small sandwiches.

@pringles lol, why wouldn't it keep despawning? that's what growable assets do, they grow, despawn, level up, etc.

@nick i like that version too. I also like the way that building is laid out over the one I chose to base mine on. But in terms of the actual asset, there's really no comparison at all.

@bmrigs there is already a RICO version. There's a RICO version of every asset on the workshop....they are all located in the RICO settings menu

@fmoura1981 its almost impossible to download a bunch of commercial buildings and not see them in-game. But seeing that a lot of commercial buildings (at least for me) are level 1, they will upgrade and change fast. You can use Plop the Growables (with disable zone check/no despawn/find it) or Rico mods so you can plop buildings that you want

installed but not sure how to build it. Every time I add commercial zones around my city, I get the same stuff offered by the original game. Am I doing something wrong?
