This is not how starbound's map generation works.
All saves have their own starmap file which is unique for everyone, so giving your coordinate is useless.
Secondly, after litteraly one HOUR of search, I've finnally found one (and yes, you need to generate new star system further for it to spawn).
I swear I was going to post a comment saying how I can't find one and then *pouf*, I immediatly find one!

The coordinates you find online may not work because the generation file of the universe has been changed.
