Tutorial: you go to content manger. then click the mod button. then search for the mod. last enable it.

How do you enable the mod- I downloaded it but when i look at the disaster level it's still only maxed out at level 10/

disaster takes too long to spawn but when they do, my city of paradise turns into city of seconds per frame.
