when I used the atlas portal gun, the portals were still blue and orange not cyan and purple.

One of my favourite mods! Atlas's blue portal gun is my favourite out of the portal series. My only nitpick is the fact the secondary portal is actually Dark Blue not Dark Purple. I hope there's a way we could make it dark blue.
