Well, quick revive could be a medkit or defib though the animation won't make sense as you either rub the bottle over your leg and arm, or use the bottle as a shock pedal.

That's a cool idea, toss it and they stand back up. Not sure if that can be done as a mod. All downed players by default must be helped up by another player still.
