I used Bad Peanut's Modern Station, it works fine for 5 and 7 car variants. Otherwise there's a collection of modular japanese stations on the workshop you can use those.
That said there's no 'good' enough train station as a whole asset for Japan sadly, Tokyo Station would've been nice to have here.

No one requested any Shinkansen yet. Although, yes, I will combine E5 and E6. However E5 requires model update for cockpit and open canopy so you guys will wait a bit.

It is for visuals. If you dont sub to it, you wont see line info panels, thats it.
