The mod is blocked due to the new game update 1.18.1-f3.
You can't skip it. The radostin04 made a temporary update to bypass this block.

There's a version of the code on github at https://github.com/ST-Apps/CS-ParallelRoadTool . Does anyone have the expertise to find and edit the game version check part of the code?

Has anyone tried just going in and updating the version # to see if the mod actually still functions?

Sadly this seems to be the only one of the more common mods that is completely defunct with the latest update. Sadder: the code probably -would- work just fine, if it didn't self-abort over just the version # change. And there's really no alternative. Yes, Network Multitool includes a parallel tool, and that's great - to ADD a parallel network to one you've already built. THIS one builds them simultaneously, and it's the only mod that does it. S__T? Or can someone else just strip out the check/abort code (assuming that's all it'd take)?

This tool is absolutely amazing you can Create sunken highways with quays that work with curves and freeform tool. Its pretty amazing.
