Just an update for anyone stopping in here, as of May 28th 2025, it DOES work. I just got an achievement while playing as the UNSC, with the most up-to-date version of the game.

Noted issue with star bases; I'll have a fix up shortly. I did not think to check the DLC races, which is where the issue lies.

Love this mod. Noticed an issue however with starbases. It seems that the UNSC starbase replaces other starbases in ship sets. However, it kind of just 'sits' on top of the existing model. The intended ship sets are replaced without issue.

After making the ships and their gfx entries, I then made a custom asset file which has references to the various models I wish to replace (ex. mammalian_01_battleship_entity). The exception to this are the asset files of: starbases, megastructures, juggernauts, and titans where I overrode the vanilla file. I hope this is helpful.

Hello, Ive been trying to piece together a sith ship mod to replace the huminod sets to make it Ironman safe. How did you go about doing this for mammilians?

After looking into it, I'm not entirely sure what the issue is. I'm running it as a local mod without issue. That said, I found an unrelated bug that I'll be fixing.

It could very well be there's something on my end that I need to do, as the mod as it stands predates the ship preview function that was recently added. I'll look into it myself

Yes I did. Like I said it might be a quirk of my own install however both the Mammalian and Avian shipsets did not register with either ship. This was back in July so (perhaps) the issues have thusly resolved themselves but at the same time maybe not. Will be making more efforts to try again soon and give you an update.

Perhaps having a bit of issue with this one. I wanted to do an Ironman run given that I actually wanted achievements for once and noticed that upon loading it, and this is the only mod used, that the ships did not properly replace. Any idea if this is just a quirk of my game or perhaps something related to the newest update?

Use the non-achievement version if you want portraits. Modifying them breaks achievements sadly.

@Cactus use the main SotP version for NSC compatibility. This version exists solely for Ironman games

The UNSC orbital habitat's textures are not yet complete, it is a WIP. You're entirely right that it looks flat. Sadly I don't have an ETA for when it will be completed.

Achievement Compatible Ship Skins has been my biggest request since launch. It sucks you had to replace other ship skins to make it so theyre compatible for Ironman, wish Paradox would fix that so Ship and City Skin Mods dont turn off Ironman

It's just the .mod file which hasn't been updated as it has nothing to do with the mod's code itself. Ignore the warning.

Hello, whenever I look at the SotP mod in the mods browser it says it's out of date and only supports version 2.2, is that just a bug or something?

This version of SotP was not made with compatibility in mind. If you want a version that can definitely work with other mods, your best bet is to use the non-Ironman version.

I'm having an odd bug with this version I don't get with the non achivement version, It never loads past 30 percent. The other version seems to work fine though?

@NerdCuddles Use the non-achievement compatible version which does exactly what you want. To maintain achievement compatibility, this method is required.
