I might do that if I ever find time to fix and update this mod as it is severely out of date and imcompatible with the latest versions of the game. Maybe in the summer when I have sparetime once more :)

This mod will likely not be updated for some time because of its size and complexity but also because I'm currently quite buisy. When does get updated it will likely be made into one mod instead of having to subscribe to twenty though.

I see some other comments looking for this, but, More Civics in Ethics and Civics Rebuild? I had to hunt through my mods to figure out what the conflict was. Took me like 30 mins of killing and reloading my game. Would be chill.

Ypu have to subscribe to all the mods in list 1 and 2 for the mod to work. The mods in list 3 are incompatible or alreay integrated in some way and might cause issues if subscribed to. I'm currently working on an update that will integrate all the mods in list 2 into list 1 but until that version is out you will have to subscribe to both.

Thanks I'll look it over later and see if I can find any issues. But by just looking at the list I have found some issues.

These mods here are already a part of my mod and could thus cause issues by being duplicated:

Animated Hollow Portraits
Animated Silicoid Portraits
Animated Synthetics Portraits - Expanded
Imperial German Portraits Revived
Xenon Sector - Animated Portraits only

I can also see that you have not subscribed to any of the dependicies from this list here.

These mods are required for my mod to work correctly and if you subscribe to them a few more issues should be fixed.

These dependicies will however soon be fully integrated in my mod. When thatt time comes you will be able to safely unsubscribe to any of my current dependicies. So until then do these steps that have told you and see if that fixes some of your issues.

I really like the machines, humanoids and lithoids of this mod but it will just not run with my game. When I look over the portraits and switch to another "Type" and switch back, the portraits are either replaced by other or empty. Despite this strange bug, the animations and graphics appear normal ..... when they show up where they are supposed to.

I use another series of species mods but those shouldn't interfere.
I have a collection of my used mods, called Stellaris Overhaul.
Could you please help me fix this problem?

Hey I love the mod, but I've noticed that having all the machine portraits split up means that if you're modifying robots ingame then it won't let you select any of the portraits not in the default group.

Thus far, I am loving this mod. I only have one minor issue, though. The expanded GUI conflicts with the one for Cultural Overhaul, preventing you from selecting from the extra ethos choices during race creation. Again, not a mechanical problem, the ethics still exist. They're just not buttons you can press.

Some of the Machine portraits have different appearances depending on their gender. There is unfortunately not a way to specify if a portrait species has genders or not, instead you have to turn it on for the whole category. To fix this I would have to create a separate machine category with genders turned on, move the portraits with genders to that new category and then turn off genders for the first two machine categories.

The mod has been split up to make it easier to keep track of all the different files and thus make it easier to update and fix potential bugs. Steam also has a 2 GB size limit on mods and by splitting I am able to bypass this limit. The size of the collection as whole is currently already over 2 GB so if I had to combine them into one mod I would have to remove some of the portraits. Though I am not sure why this mod having a lot of submods needed for it to work would keep you from using it?
