That makes sense. It's fairly consistent for my games, such that whenever I use this adviser, I wince in preparation of having my ears beaten up at game start since that's when you're spamming science ships.

Your mod, though, so you do you. I'll use it whenever I need the ham and maybe I'll just use less angry advisers at the start :P

That happened because multiple instances of the sounds are being played. I assume yours happen due to science ship evading, the game will play 4-5 of the same alerts, so yes the sound will get amp uped a lot.

While I can nerf the noise of the sound, it will also impact the case when it's being played once as well.

For some reason the "Evading hostiles" (WE SHOULD NOT BE HERE etc.) voice line is ear-burstingly loud compared to the rest (at least in my games). I know it's heresy but could you turn down the ear splitting a notch?

I honestly don't know if I would've gotten back into Stellaris if I hadn't found this mod. It's absolutely fantastic.

As of a matter of fact, I should remind people that the game by default reduces the advisor's volume to 45%, so what you hear in-game is 55% less loud than his actual volume. :P

sometimes the voice is really loud. When my science ship meet an ennemy ship, diomedes scream his line X) . My ears are bleeding now, thx .

Let me know if something is not working, I tested everything as much as i could with the console commands, the list of voices are quite long compared to other advisors so issues may arise that I did not see.
