no, the eyes are drawn in the head sprite, hair is in a layer above and beards [apex ones atleast] above hair layer

Couldn't you just make it so that the eyes are layered on top of the hair and beards?

cutebound is not required in this version, since you are using cutebound you should use the other version, link in the description

I just downloaded the mod and it did not work for me. Is make the universe a cute place a requirment? Because I have it installed and it still isn't working.

From what i could find here, it is only happening on males right? that is because Cutebound is overwriting my mod, i will see what i can do

Idk if it's like this in the other mod, but the eyes are often a pixel too low on humans (and probably other species, I just haven't checked). (I don't know if it's like this on the other mod because I haven't not used this mod since basically forever)

no it will not, this version only doesn't make changes to avians or novakids, but if you are using the Cutebound mod [Make the Universe a Cuter Place] you should use the other version which follows the harpy avians and novakid with faces changes

if i have MTUACP installed, and i install this mod, will it override the Novakids and Avians from MTUACP back to their vanilla state? or am i misunderstanding this mod?

yes i found that out later if you dl the nude bodies hwtbut mod then this one in that order it overwrites the faces. nvm. and thanks for the reply.

i like this but can i have a nude version. i have a private mode that allows for more clothing options so all my races have [nude] if possible. its a mod im working on for undergarment slots.

Update: foind out that what caused the problem on my end was a conflicting mod "Detailed Species"

i'm not sure but around october~november 2018, there was an update for a Discord store thing, the same time this glitch was firstly reported, that update may have changed something but i didn't find anything yet, it is this or you have another mod that changes appearence of characters which is conflicting with my mod

Weird enough, in my game, it sometimes doesn't affect some npcs while also affecting others.
Any clue to this?

you can unpack this mod and delete the species you don't want to be modified and then place the remaining files into the starbound mods folder, same with the other version

Avians [Harpies] and Novakids [w/ face] reskins are dependant of "Make the Universe a cuter place", so i won't separate them.

it happens when i turn starbound on sometimes it's on sometimes it's not but it's pretty rare for it to happen so i guess it's ok.

it still works for me, i would say it is conflicting with some other mod, there is not much in this one that could break, all it does is replace ".png" files, can you give more details?

this mod isn't working anymore. for like 6 mouths it worked fine with no problems and then just out of nowhere it just stopped.

I'd veto for a novakid + avians one but I don't exactly want to download the "make the universe a cuter place" simply because it changes the bodies too. I just really want the eyes lol

Thanks! The "Make the universe a cuter place" mod added a bit too much (and I wasn't a fan of the semi-nudity), and losing the unique Novakid faces seemed a bit odd.
