@sergih123 Está considerado como el mejor ejemplo racionalista de la ciudad, tenemos unos cuantos más del mismo arquitecto (Eloy Maquieira) que siguen existiendo y todos comparten el estilo y época. Sin duda es moderno (sobre todo comparado con las casas a los lados, tan tradicionales). Saúde companheiro!
