the empires arent showing up for me
hello friend i love you 31 mar, 2023 @ 11:32
Is this compatible with Distant Origins? Thank you!
Muggy885 20 feb, 2022 @ 5:26
Have you considered giving some of these empires origins other than prosperous unification? I've seen a fair few that mention secondary species running around alongside the main empire. The flavour text is extremely satisfying and really helps to bring each empire to life. I love it.
ComradeCorvus 27 dec, 2021 @ 17:28
For the folks who don't want any other human empires (Sol nor Deneb), I made this edited version of the file. https://pastebin.com/4MqJ4JUE

@G7Strix and @Cheesey_Wonder I am not the dev but it looks like the way it spawns the empires is similar to to force spawning the user empires, only it happens first. So unless your galaxy is big enough to spawn all the JME empires AND your own user created ones, there wont be enough room to spawn them. What I do is to use the alternate implementation to make these act like user generated empires and then I have them also force spawn. It makes them the same priority to spawn as the empires I made. It does not guarantee that mine will spawn, but it does give them an equal chance.

using any alternative GUI will result in no flag/logo for generated empires, while using civics and ethics expanded it has been noted that generated empires do not use new civics and ethics causing significant balance issues.
Hull City Fan 2 maj, 2021 @ 15:17
This mod is 3.0 compatible. I have ran into some new balancing and graphical issues with this mod due to conflictions with those specified in the compatibility section, but otherwise works just fine.
SalmonFeet 15 apr, 2021 @ 21:31
is this 3.0 compatible
SG7 13 mar, 2021 @ 18:00
Using the "Alternative Implementation" works well enough. Thanks
This is huge much gratitude.
SG7 11 mar, 2021 @ 8:17
This seems to prevent MY custom Empires from spawning(Forced Spawned).
What is that about? I see I am not the only one. How could that be?
And how do we fix it?

Grand Poo-Bah de Canadiannaise 28 sep, 2020 @ 0:38
@EdfromEarth I've noticed in my campaigns my personally made empires will not show up, or at least very unlikely, even when I select forced spawn.
Anyone else had this issue? Or are there any other solutions?
Thanks! I love your mod!
mmaddog5 11 jun, 2020 @ 0:08
More PLEASE! These are excellent like a real life sci-fi TV series like Star Trek or Star Wars the clone wars! Well done to all contributors! :D

I updated Just More Empires (Expanded) to 2.7 and fixed missing civics/traits. I will uploud it in the workshop, so others can use it. If you don´t want that, just pm me and I will remove it.
I am also adding you as mod authors if you guys want that.
Penumbral 14 maj, 2020 @ 18:11
Works with 2.7?
Radzio Gacio 17 apr, 2020 @ 11:24
Does it work with the newest version of the game ?
Xekura 14 apr, 2020 @ 1:07
need to update with 2.6

Love this mod ♥
Partytor 19 mar, 2020 @ 9:13
Will this mod be updated to 2.6?
Woolsei 20 jan, 2020 @ 8:21
Can I help with the french translation, please ?
perl 25 dec, 2019 @ 16:21
Love this mod
EdFromEarth  [skapare] 29 okt, 2019 @ 12:33
No plans to roll out any Lithoid empires for this mod right now. The new species pack does look really cool though! Sorry to say I don't have much time to keep up with Stellaris modding these days. As often happens, work and family life outpace the hobbies...
Gnarly Gnome 28 okt, 2019 @ 15:15
+1 on update for Lithoids
Spider 25 okt, 2019 @ 10:30
I would love to see this be updated with new Lithoid empires.
pietro.aldegani 3 sep, 2019 @ 5:35
did they remove the revolutionary union of Sol?
Neverminder 1 jul, 2019 @ 21:40
@other people with the issue of any forced empires not spawning after installing this, read the description!

"Alternative Implementation

If you prefer granular control over which empires spawn, drop the contents of this pastebin https://pastebin.com/vpGK3DAs into your user_empire_designs.txt and disable the mod."

this should restore control over your forced empires and keep what this mod adds entact, while adding in his own empires in a more custom fashion. Remember to disable the mod, don't uninstall!

the file to edit should be in your user on windows 10 \Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris
sleepyHase 9 jun, 2019 @ 7:29
I don't know if it is just me but the mod 'Diverse Rooms' says it has been marked as hidden or I don't have permission to view it so I'm going to have to use the achievement compatible version for now.
CelticMarauder 8 jun, 2019 @ 14:04
As of 2.3, the Revolutionary Union of Sol no longer appears in the empire selection list. I'm guessing that this is probably due to the fact that the technocracy civic now requires the fanatic materialist ethic, and this nation only has the first level of that ethic. I'm not sure if any other empires have been rendered incompatible.
Rimzell 6 jun, 2019 @ 7:55
The same empires keep spawning in every game I play
EdFromEarth  [skapare] 5 jun, 2019 @ 15:11
I'm not 100% certain, but this should continue to work in 2.3. I may have time this weekend to inspect and update anything broken as necessary.
Gapen 5 jun, 2019 @ 9:29
Is an update necessary or can I play this with the current version of the game?
labgnome 27 maj, 2019 @ 9:13
@Paroni, you need Just More Flags as well.
Paroni 27 maj, 2019 @ 6:08
Weirdly, all the empires added by this seem to have black flags. Can't fix it by removing/adding empires either.
Archailect 25 maj, 2019 @ 1:43
Same Zer0_Requiem.
Zer0_Requiem 22 maj, 2019 @ 14:24
So I'm not sure why, but this mod seems to make any Custom Empire not spawn even with Force Spawn.
EdFromEarth  [skapare] 11 maj, 2019 @ 3:39
Not at this time, no. Don't have as much time to spare at the moment for the care and attention it take to create content.
perl 10 maj, 2019 @ 19:58
Do you plan to add more empires?
EdFromEarth  [skapare] 10 maj, 2019 @ 15:13
The game should randomly select from among all the empires. If you're getting exactly the same selection game after game, I'm not sure what could be causing that.
OpOk 10 maj, 2019 @ 14:46
Hello, is there any way the empires' spawn can be random? Because I have done some tests in "observe mode" and the same empires appear systematically which makes the games less varied. A solution? Otherwise great mod, good job!
Little Knot Riding Hood 4 maj, 2019 @ 23:45
Curious if you happen to have old versions of the mod laying around somewhere? Can't fucking stand anything past 2.0 and obviously am having troubles due to the updates to the mod in place in a version without features present within the mod.
EdFromEarth  [skapare] 12 apr, 2019 @ 3:49
@Phantastic They won't, sorry.
Phantastic 11 apr, 2019 @ 19:07
Whoops, thank you for clarifying.
If I have your traits and name lists mods with the basic version, will the empires still use those traits and namelists?
EdFromEarth  [skapare] 11 apr, 2019 @ 13:54
@TLO That's unusual. Make sure you are only running JME (Expanded) and not the original/basic JME at the same time. They are mutually exclusive.

@Phantastic PD was always a dependency for Just More Empires (Expanded). It is not for the basic version of Just More Empires.
TLO 9 apr, 2019 @ 18:12
I'm having a problem where i'm not getting all the empires in this mod.
Phantastic 8 apr, 2019 @ 22:32
Wait so I HAVE to have Planetary Diversity now? If so, that's annoying because it requires so many other compat patches...
bajumche 2 apr, 2019 @ 8:20
NM. I have a mod conflict.
bajumche 2 apr, 2019 @ 8:18
Is Council of Veklaran Great House supposed to be Pacifist?
Ricky4Eyes 18 mar, 2019 @ 9:06
I use this in all my games now. It's just a shame you can't read the full biographies during a game! I've taken to referring to the pastebin file when I meet them.
EdFromEarth  [skapare] 18 mar, 2019 @ 7:19
This mod won't affect fallen empires, pre-FTL, or pre-sentients. Those will still be RNGed. As for the rest, just make sure there are fewer than 86 regular empires spawning and you shouldn't see any RNGs.
Dark Lord of History 18 mar, 2019 @ 3:21
Is there a way to guarantee that randomly generated empires do not appear in-game?
EdFromEarth  [skapare] 22 feb, 2019 @ 2:37
Thanks for the heads up!
