The Wardrobe is, but the Draconis race isn't.

Sorry for the delay. I just checked again and the add-on is still working perfectly fine here on Starbound 1.4.4. If you still have this problem, please share your Starbound log.

can confirm that this mod does not work. tested the other add-ons and they function correctly but when playing the draconis race, clicking the different wardrobe slots does nothing, and no dyes are available.

You'll need the Wardrobe and Draconis (see the bar on the right with required items). Then the clothing from the Draconis race mod will appear in the wardrobe (under mod).
