Done deal - added a new mod to my library that only adds this policy to empires with the "Feudal Society" civic. https://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1365910865

Can you make a version giving the policy only to those with Feudal Society? I don’t want to ruin the balance of the civic.
