Hey Boldy Building, if you want, I can update this asset for you. I have already updated another asset for another user,Exurbanite, and that asset now functions as it should. Just like his, I would need the asset files, and your permission of course. Just let me know.

Unless you're planning to plop hundreds of these, tris counts on unique buildings like this don't matter in-game. Whether this has 50k or 100k, it won't affect things at all in any way that's perceptible.

Absolutely beautiful! Love this asset but I agree it would be great as a library asset so we have more variety of libraries to use in our cities! Could even work as an academic library!

A gorgeous model ... but I doubt people can admire all those details in the game. Maybe a version with reduced (roof) detail and thus reduced file size / memory would be a good alternative for "normal gameplay"?

I only made portions seen through the large open windows and skylight, while taking advantage of the glass shader. Whether that's necessary is a matter of opinion, and at any rate, the building has so many tris already, it doesn't really matter.

I couldn't leave well enough alone and have kept working on this thing. I've just updated it again, this time a big update. I didn't like how the old Winter Garden and those large windows on top looked, so that's totally redone and expanded. You can see what's changed exactly when you play the game again or re-sub, or you can see what's new in the SketchFab preview.
