You can turn off the music by using the "stopsound" console command.

For anyone who doesn't like the music (like me), just type "stopsound" in console. It doesn't seem like it'll come back.

i can heavily relate to those comments defending the map creator, i've made a few maps and all of them use either css or dods, and making it so the textures download within the bsp file is just too hard for me and there's a big chance that the bsp file itself will corrupt.

What your doing is like me saying "OMG Get off your ass and build your own computer instead of using someone-elses" to you.
Don't expect that everyone can make custom textures.
And why would they?
