Do these have switch conditions for Hive Minds & the like? Like, will a Hive have traditions affecting empire-wide happiness be replaced?

By process of elimination i worked out it is conflicting with Legacy 1.9 (UI Overhaul) for some reason found here ->

Hi Meltup- I cannot start a new 1.9.1 game if i enable this mod, it crashes on game creation. ? Are there any dependencies for it at all ?
