- You've subscribed the the map via the green subscribe button ^ and 2 items required on the right side of this page
- Start Cities Skylines and from the main menu select Content Manager
- Maps is the first section that opens, scroll down past the default maps, the workshop maps start *after* all the game's original maps. Check to be sure A Coruña map is active
- Now click "new game", and again you have to scroll down past all the game's original default maps.

This mod will load an image with name "overlay.png" placed in the following directory:
Windows:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\Files\
OS X:
~/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Cities_Skylines/Files/
Note for OS X users: The "Files" directory might not exist. If it doesn't, it is safe to create it manually.
