It's been a bit but spawn the npc in and hold c and hover over em and right click. think thats the way it works.

You can blame the MMD community for that. They forced Dew to remove them because the authors don't want them on GMOD. They can't do that to ours sense it's from V3 game assets and kokichi made by Yuki.
