um this is just a small idea i came up with when i'm doing my other mod,which basically just copying lots of mod(also it's in chinese),this mod won't touch gameplay
and i'm really bad in any language (the hydrogen bomb rises)

Brilliant idea though, i think if you ran with it you could make this one hell of an immersion mod :D

I think you should also add a proclamation feature, like xeno-philes can spend extra influence to boost migration attraction empire wide (with differing empire reactions) and stuff like that. Oh! you can even have full on propaganda casts with differant effects, maybe even...lies?

This mod actually gave me the idea of Empire specific galactic broadcasts regarding internal politics and such to make the game feel a bit more alive so thanks for at least pitching this out :>

i was making a list of messages but it's just a mess,so i found a way to customize your message by using the capital name,then i just delete the list
