No, but if you know how to work with Source engine textures, you can easily change the texture to another country's flag texture yourself :3

Ты можешь его не качать, можешь отписаться от него и взлетать на эту вышку с помощью NoClip

В комплекте есть один домик с небольшим двориком, в котором стоит вышка. Лестница требуется для поднятия на вышку.
